Pert for Men "Try Me Free" Rebate

Look for "Pert Plus for Men" with the yellow "Try me Free" stickers attached. You will need the little yellow sticker for the rebate.

Send in store identified cash register receipt dated between 1/1/09 and 12/31/09, with the Pert Plus for Men circled. You will also need to write the UPC code on the back of the receipt. You will qualify for a rebate of purchase price up to $3.99 by mail.

Click here for the rebate form, which must be postmarked by January 31, 2010.
