A coupon for $10 off my next order should have printed at checkout. It did not print.

I went to customer service. I was told that the computers were set to figure the amount of the $25 Con Agra products purchased after coupons were deducted. I was told that I was indeed entitled to the $10 back, and I was cheerfully given a $10 Shoppers gift card. I asked if it was all right to use coupons and receive back the $10, and I explained that I was planning to make multiple transactions. I was invited to "go round & round," receiving a ten dollar gift card, spending it with coupons, getting another gift card, etc.

These are the first 2 of 7 transactions. I later found that the coupon would indeed print at the self checkout register when coupons had been used. See transactions 6 & 7 below.
