Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. John 5:24

Friday night supper at home

Tonight we are having stuffed pork chops, grilled green beans & mashed sweet potatoes for dinner. I bought the pork chops at Wegmans. 8 pork chops cost about $8, and I use the Wegmans coupon mailer booklet to get two free items when I buy them there. They are thick cut chops, and they are vacuum sealed, so they freeze nicely. I stuffed them with Stove Top pork stuffing with celery & onion sauteed in butter. I browned them in a skillet in oil, and then baked them.

The green beans were free with a coupon a while back. I grilled the green beans in a skillet with butter, Italian seasoning, thyme, rosemary and garlic powder. My Mom brought the sweet potatoes for my birthday, and Glen served them mashed. These have been hiding away in the freezer for a while.
