Now I have eight boxes of cereal, a gallon of milk and a pint of buttermilk. I have spent a total of $4.24 ($1.96 + $.28 + $1.96.) I still have a coupon for another gallon of milk. The coupon expires on February 2.

Now I have purchased 5 boxes of cereal in 2 transactions. I am not sure if I am entitled to the additional $2 off, or not. I went to the customer service desk with my two receipts and the $2 off an 5 boxes of General Mills cereal coupon, told them that I had used coupons, and asked if I was entitled to the $2 back. The kind customer service representative cheerfully redeemed by $2 coupon for $2 cash.
