
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
1 1/2 pound boneless beef round steak
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Better Than Boulion (or other beef boulion product)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Mix together flour, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning and onion. Slice meat into thin strips. Dredge meat with flour mixture. Place in crock pot. Combine water and boulion, and add to crock pot with coated meat. Cover and cook on High for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or on low for 6 to 7 hours. Stir in sour cream and parsley and cook on High 10 to 15 minutes more.
