Meal Plan
Sunday - Greek Chicken
Monday - "Frito Pie " - macaroin topped with fritos with chili, cheese and onions
Tuesday - Steak and veggie fahitas, salad, refried beans and homemade pico de gallo
Wednesday - Steakums with home made hogie rolls, salad - or - leftover fahitas
Thursday - Shrimp scampi, salad, Texas toast
Friday - Lemon Chicken breasts, Italian seasoned green beans, black eyed peas and Parmesan pea salad
Saturday - grilled boneless pork chops, asparagus and baked sweet potatoes with awesome baked potatoe topping (bring butter to room temperature, whip in electric mixer, add brown sugar and whip a little more)
