This transaction did not go as planned.  The gum was on sale for $1.  The register did not properly scan my Trident coupons.  Instead of manually entering the coupons, the cash register team decided to adjust the price of the gum, and they gave me back my coupons.  They promised to charge me $0,50 per pack of gum, which is exactly what I would have paid after coupons.  They took of $0.79 for each pack of gum, but the computer also took off $0.13 for my 10% wellness discount.

Rite Aid paid me $1.51 in Rite Aid up reward money to purchase the glitter nail polish.  I in turn used that $1.50 to purchase 6 Reisen, which worked out to $0.25 each after my coupons and the up reward Rite Aid money I got back.

I parted with $3.78 for the broom and the mop.

The Trident gum should have been free, but I ended receiving an extra discount of  $0.13 per package.  So, I ended up spending just $2.84 for the 2 razors (4 razor cartridges in all!), and the garlic.

Everything else worked to be free after coupons and the Rite Aid up rewards I got back.
