Saving Money Journal purchases for the month of October have averaged a savings of 93.6%. This savings includes store sales, manufacturer and store coupons, store double coupon savings, and various rebates in the form of instant rebates, mail in rebates and savings at the gasoline pump.
We brought home $720 worth of merchandise, based on retail prices. After store sales, coupons, double coupons, rebates and gasoline savings, the final price is $46. We spent about $269 in coupons.
