In this transaction, I saved more than enough to cover my hair products, so I threw a can of tuna into my basket. Target's coupon policy states that they may reduce the value of the coupons if the cost is lower than the coupons. In this case, they did not, and I was able to apply the extra savings from the hair products to my can of tuna.
